When you enter the clan for the first time, you will not be ranked at all. You earn your first stripe by coming to a formal event. The reason for this is so I know who's serious about becoming an active member, and who's signing up just for fun. After that, your 4th and 7th event will earn you additional stripes. Success in ENDURANCE is your best bet for promotion into ranks higher than 3 stripes. Keep in mind that I only rank those who are most active, most reliable, and most trustworthy.

Leaders:Leaders have complete control of the clan and also have the abilities to challenge other clans to war.

Welcome to ENDURANCE, the rigorous training program held exclusively by Immortal Retaliation! This is a clan tradition and a chance for members to earn promotion! ENDURANCE is not for everyone - only those dedicated to achieving real goals are welcome. Additionally, due to space constraints, your may only apply after you have attended 3 formal events. Other clans have seen ENDURANCE in action, envied it, changed its name and copied it. Accept no imitations! ENDURANCE is still the original and best!

1. All participants will be assigned 3 backbreaking tasks depending on their current levels and the difficulty of the skill. Everyone’s goals will have comparable merits to give each player a fair chance of winning.

2. You join under the condition that the goals I set are final. There will be no whining about how the tasks you’ve been assigned are more difficult than those of someone else. As I’ve said before, all goals will be of comparable merit.

There are, of course, rewards from ENDURANCE. In addition to obtaining the levels you never thought you could get, the following rewards are possible:

1st place: Instant promotion to co-leader.
2nd place: Promotion of 2 ranks for yourself.
3rd place: Promotion of 1 rank for yourself

The earlier you join, the bigger the head start you will get on everyone else. A new round of ENDURANCE will start whenever 5 people have completed all of their objectives.
